Can I put your system on
my own website?
No. We offer a hosted service only. To secure
the future of our system we must keep our files/code secure. However we do
provide you with one line of code that allows you to have our
search/availability box displayed on your own website.
Can I use a domain name
that I already have?
Yes, You simply point your domain to our
servers. This must be a separate domain than that used by your website.
Why do you use a
dedicated domain for each system?
This is so it totally separates your booking
system from another. If all systems was hosted on just one domain it would
also increase the server load on that domain and slow your system down. By
using a dedicated domain for your own system we provide the best secure service that is possible.
Can I have access to the
hosting account?
No. You do not gain any access details to the
hosting account. To secure the future of our system we must keep our
files/code secure.
Do you add all the rooms
to my system?
No. We design your system to look and feel
like your own website. It is your own responsibility to add all your own
rooms to the system. This way you have 100% control over each individual
room description. We do provide full instructions.
How do I add all my
existing bookings into your system?
When you have added all your room details to
our system you simply use the desktop software to add all your existing
bookings. You must do this before you go live with the system.
I do not have my own
merchant account to process credit cards.
Not a problem. The system can be setup by
using PayPal or if you do not want to use PayPal we can set it up just for
telephone offline bookings. It is your choice.
Is the booking system
secure?
Yes, The booking and credit card details are
taken from pages secured by a 128 Bit Encryption.
Can your system be setup
in $ USD?
Yes, We can setup your system in the
following individual currencies:
Pound Sterling (£ GBP), US Dollar ($),
Euros, Australian
Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Czech Koruna, Danish Krone, Hong Kong Dollar,
Hungarian Forint, New Zealand Dollar, Norwegian Krone, Polish Zloty,
Singapore Dollar, Swedish Krona, Swiss Franc and Japanese Yen.
Can I have more than one
currency option?
No, We can set your system up in one currency
of your choice.
How do I add telephone
bookings into the booking system?
Simply use our easy to use desktop software
to add all offline bookings. You do not even need to visit your website.
Can my reception/office
staff use the desktop software to process bookings?
Yes. The software requires you to enter a
password, the software is disabled without it. This password is not the same
as your online admin password and you alone set this password. This is good
so you can change the password every day for security reasons.
Has your system been
tested?
Yes. Our availability and booking system has
been fully beta tested. We then used all comments and function requests to
develop it into something that works very well. It has also been fully
tested on live accommodation websites for the past 12 months. In this time
all problems and bugs have been fixed to provide a simple to use solution.
Is there a
minimum term?
No. You have the right
to cancel your service at anytime you require. Please note that if
you choose to cancel your booking system will be deleted from the
internet.
Do you provide
support?
Yes. We provide
unlimited support and advice by both email and telephone.
Can I have the system
setup in multiple languages?
No. English ONLY. All the translations of
each page would have to be done in real time and this can only be done in a
non secure environment. If we was to include this function then all credit
card details would be taken though a non secure page. We will not do this
for security reasons.
