1. Your potential customer selects their required dates and number of days using a form that is displayed directly on your homepage. (this is added by a simple one line of coding).

2. The availability results are displayed for all rooms. (these are displayed on your system hosted on our servers).

3. They click on the title to view full details and image. This is displayed in a popup window.

4. They can then choose to confirm the booking by telephone. You simply use the desktop software to add this booking. OR they can click the 'Book This Room' button to make a secure online booking.

5. There dates, number of days, price per day and total price is then displayed and they complete their contact details.

6. They can then choose to pay by credit card (your merchant account) or by PayPal.

7. Upon completion of booking they are directed to a thank you page and sent an email confirming that you have received their booking.

8. Upon accepting the booking they are then sent a booking confirmation email.
