Terms & Conditions
The live
availability and booking system developed by professionals.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing or email, all orders are
accepted subject to the following terms and conditions. Any special
conditions printed on the client's order will not be accepted if they
are at variance with our own.
Domain Name:
The client (you) own the domain name (registered to run
your own system) 100% and your own details will be
displayed as the registered owner. You have the right to transfer
your domain to another company only if you accept that your booking
system will be deleted. You do not have the right to transfer your
booking system to another company.
Availability and Booking System:
By purchasing our service the client
(you) agrees that your booking system will remain on
the servers of KSM Global Ltd at all times. The client also agrees
that your booking system must not be and cannot be moved or
transferred to any other web hosting company. If you transfer your
domain then you agree that your booking system will be deleted from
the servers of KSM Global Ltd.
Desktop Software:
The desktop software
must be used for the purpose that it was created ONLY.
A1Booking.com, KSM Global Ltd or any
developer can not be held responsible for any damage caused by the
misuse of our desktop software.
Hosting/FTP Access Details:
By purchasing our
booking system you agree that you are purchasing a service product.
You also agree that you do not own any rights to the script or
files, however you do own any images taken from your own website.
All hosting and FTP access details will be retained by KSM Global
Ltd for security reasons. You will not be provided with any access
details to the actual hosting account. You do however receive access
details to your own administration area where you can control your
own booking system only.
PayPal
Transactions:
A1Booking.com, KSM
Global Ltd can not be held responsible for any fraudulent
PayPal transactions or chargebacks made by users of our system. We
do not have any access to the PayPal system and you should report
any misuse of the PayPal transaction directly to PayPal.
Prices:
All prices displayed on our website are subject to
alteration at any time without notice. All client's will receive a
12 month cap on your purchase price. We guarantee that any
prices/costs that was displayed at the time of purchase will be
valid for a 12 month period.
Payment:
Full payment must be received in cleared funds from the client to KSM
Global Ltd before your booking system is setup.
Payment methods:
a. Credit/Debit Card. We
use PayPal as our card processor so your payment will be 100%
secure. A1Booking.com do not have access to any of your credit card
details.
Your right to cancel:
a. You have the right to
cancel your monthly subscription at anytime by sending an email to
info@a1booking.com.
b. You have the right to
cancel your order within the first 7 days of purchase.
Refunds:
a. As we are 100% confident in our
system, we offer a full money back guarantee within the first 7 days
of purchase if you are not happy with your purchase. We will however
try our very best to rectify any possible problems that you may
have.

You do have the right to cancel your
monthly subscription at anytime but no refund will be given for any
payments made as the service will have already been provided.
